Join Our Team as a Patient Care Technician Trainee!

We are on the lookout for a dedicated team member who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a safe and supportive environment. As a Patient Care Technician Trainee, you will receive training to provide direct patient care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. You will learn to administer hemodialysis treatment in accordance with our established policies and procedures. Your training will include:

  • Monitoring and recording patient vital signs
  • Conducting blood tests
  • Documenting vital patient information accurately
  • Preparing and overseeing dialysis equipment
  • Cleaning and maintaining equipment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of medical experience is preferred.
  • Education: High School Diploma, G.E.D. certificate, or equivalent.
  • License/Certification:
    • Current CPR certification is required.
    • BONENT/NNCC/NNCO certification must be obtained within 18 months of hire.
    • CDPH CHT certification (for California locations only) is also required within 18 months of hire.
