• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, encouraging independence wherever possible.
• Serve meals according to individual dietary needs and assist in meal preparation while fostering a pleasant dining experience.
• Encourage proper nutrition and hydration while respecting residents' choices, and communicate any changes in eating habits to the supervisor.
• Initiate and engage residents in recreational activities, promoting social interactions and community spirit.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident records, including health updates, medication administration, and daily observations.
• Support residents with medication management in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized living environment through regular housekeeping tasks.
• Respond proactively and effectively to emergency situations and resident requests for help.
• Maintain awareness of each resident's whereabouts and promptly report any concerns to the supervisor.
• Foster a collaborative atmosphere by working harmoniously with co-workers.
