Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives along with premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00per hour under certain conditions. These premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks performed, and multiple premiums may apply.

Job Overview

If you enjoy ensuring customer satisfaction, this role is for you! As an Online Order Fulfillment Associate, your main responsibility is to accurately fill and package online orders for our customers. You will:

• Locate and prepare merchandise for online orders
• Package items securely
• Ensure order accuracy before customer pickup
• Make necessary product substitutions and communicate with customers to guarantee their satisfaction
