MalaceHR is seeking a detail-oriented GMP Cleaner to support operations within a controlled manufacturing environment. This role requires strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), established cleaning procedures, and quality standards to ensure compliancewith FDA regulations. The GMP Cleaner plays a critical role in maintaining sanitary conditions necessary for the manufacturing of biopharmaceutical products.

The ideal candidate will consistently follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintain accurate documentation, and demonstrate professionalism while working in controlled GMP areas.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and sanitization activities in GMP-controlled spaces in accordance with SOPs
• Execute sanitization using ceiling mops, wall mops, floor mops, and approved wipers
• Ensure proper disinfectant usage and rotation for all cleaning assignments
• Complete required GMP documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Dispose of waste from GMP manufacturing areas daily
• Organize and maintain cleaning and sanitization supply areas
• Participate in required training related to disinfectants, equipment, and GMP procedures

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience cleaning in a biopharmaceutical GMP environment or hospital environment
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance record
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions

• Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
• Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of workplace safety rules and company policies

• No makeup, nail polish, or jewelry permitted in GMP process areas
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, crouching, and climbing
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Continuous mental and visual attention to tasks
• Majority of the shift spent fully gowned, including head covering, face mask, gloves, plant shoes, and eye/face protection
• Work includes ancillary support spaces adjacent to GMP-controlled areas to ensure cleanliness
