This group collaborates closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Go To Market teams to ensure efficient development of AI innovations leading to real-world customer impact. As part of this role, you'll engage with Cisco's Media and Content teams to execute go to market strategies through effective messaging, enablement assets, and digital experiences. Together, we guarantee that Cisco's AI solutions are well-positioned, successfully launched, and continually optimized based on market feedback and performance data.

Your Contribution

In this position, you will play a crucial role in the support of how Cisco's AI software and platform offerings are launched, tracked, and scaled. You will assist in transforming strategies into actionable execution by supporting operational processes, performance reporting, and cross-functional coordination across AI product launches and marketing campaigns.

  • Support go to market execution for AI software and platform offerings, which includes launches, enablement activities, and operational readiness.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting key GTM metrics such as pipeline, adoption, usage, and campaign performance.
  • Help manage GTM documentation, launch checklists, and process workflows for AI products.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Media teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through improved data management, tooling, or clarity in processes.

Qualifications You Should Have

  • Recent completion of, or current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in fields such as Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, Economics, Operations Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data management using spreadsheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to legally live and work in the country for which you're applying without the need for visa support or sponsorship.

  • Internship, academic projects, or coursework related to operations, analytics, sales, marketing, or technology.
  • Familiarity with CRM or reporting/BI tools.

Your pay is determined by factors including your location, market conditions, skills related to the job, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training. The salary range for certain locations is detailed below. For locations not listed, the recruiter can provide additional compensation details during the hiring process.

U.S. employees receive a range of benefits in line with Cisco's eligibility criteria, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Employees in the U.S. enjoy paid time off as outlined below, consistent with Cisco policies:

  • 10 paid holidays per calendar year, plus 1 floating holiday for non-exempt employees.
  • 1 paid day off on the employee's birthday, paid holiday closure at year-end, and 4 wellness days determined by Cisco.
  • Non-exempt employees** are entitled to 16 days of paid vacation annually, accrued at a rate of 4.92 hours per pay period for full-time employees.
  • Exempt employees benefit from a flexible vacation time-off program with no specified limit on vacation days, subject to availability and some business constraints.
  • Employees receive 80 hours of sick leave upon hire and every January 1 thereafter, plus up to 80 hours of unused sick leave can be carried forward from one calendar year to the next.
  • Additional time off may be available for urgent family matters.
  • 10 optional paid days per year for volunteer work.

For non-sales roles, employees may also qualify for annual bonuses in accordance with Cisco's policies.

For employees in sales roles, performance-based incentive pay will be awarded along with base salary, reflecting a combination of quota and non-quota components, as dictated by Cisco's plans. For quota-based roles, general incentive pay follows this structure:

  • .75% of incentive target for every 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota.
  • 1.5% of incentive target for every 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%.
  • 1% of incentive target for every 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and beyond 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for every 1% of attainment without cap.

For non-quota-based sales performance objectives such as strategic initiatives, Cisco may pay between 0% up to 125% of the target incentive. It is important to note that there is no minimum performance threshold for sales incentive remuneration.

The full salary ranges for this position, specified by state, are indicated below:

New York City Metro Area:

$80,000.00 - $117,200.00

Non-Metro New York state & Washington state:

$70,700.00 - $103,200.00

  • For quota-related roles within Cisco's sales plan, the ranges mentioned include both base and target incentive compensation combined.

Employees in Illinois, regardless of exempt status, will participate in a tailored time-off program to fulfill local requirements.
