Manufacturing Technician I

Our client, a leading organization in the pharma manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician I, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to high-quality manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Hayward, CA

Pay Range: $22.00/hr

Shift: M-F 12pm-8:30pm

What's the Job?

Support all local manufacturing operations to ensure smooth production flow.

Set up and operate general production equipment efficiently and safely.

Complete relevant documentation following GDP/GMP guidelines to maintain compliance.

Perform cleaning of equipment, small parts, and production areas to uphold quality standards.

Receive and distribute supplies into the production area as necessary to support manufacturing activities.

What's Needed?

Good written and verbal communication skills with understanding of cGMP regulations.

Proficiency in general mathematics and ability to work with metric and USA measurement standards.

Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions accurately.

HS diploma or GED required.

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, with potential overtime as required.
