Duties

• Make quality sandwiches and prep deli items with care and speed
  
• Work the cashier, take orders accurately, and handle transactions
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  
• Provide top-tier service to every customer, warm, efficient, and welcoming
  
• Multitask during busy rushes and take initiative when things slow down
  
• Treat the deli like it s your own; because our team is our family
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, including bussing tables and cleaning equipment.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
  
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  
• Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  
• Be an overall Team Player!
  

Requirements

• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is preferred.
  
• Familiarity with POS system is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
  
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage effectively with customers.
  
• Ability to work in a kitchen or caf environment, demonstrating teamwork and adaptability.
  
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as necessary.
  
• Previous experience in a food service setting
  
• Must be able to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sundays!)
  
• Must speak English
