Bilingual Portuguese & English Speakers Needed As ESL Tutors

Whether you want a flexible side hustle or steady teaching hours, we've got options for you. Work as little as 16 hours a month or up to 30 hours a weekyou decide.

Here's How It Works:

• You share your availability, and we schedule your shifts two weeks in advance.
• Busy one week? Drop a shift and another teacher will cover.
• Want to earn more? Pick up extra shifts when it suits you.

When you're on shift, just log in, teach the prepared lessons, and write quick feedback for your students afterwards. It's that simple!

Required Qualifications:

• Must be a C2 Level English Speaker
• Portuguese B2 / C1 Level Speaker
• Completed 120-hour TEFL certificate
• One year of experience in teaching English as a foreign language.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Equipment & Infrastructure:

• Laptop/PC with an 8th Gen, Quad Core Intel Core i5 or higher and 8GB RAM
• Stable fibre internet with 25 Mbps download/upload minimum (LAN cable connection only)
• Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) that provides 45 hours of backup power
• Separate mini-UPS to keep your fibre router powered during outages
• Noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam, and a quiet, professional workspace
