An HR Generalist is needed to support a positive, people-focused employee experience and provide day-to-day HR support across the organization. This role partners closely with employees and managers to ensure HR processes run smoothly while supporting the growth and evolution of the business.
The HR Generalist will work across multiple HR functions, including employee relations, HR systems, benefits, compensation support, payroll, immigration, and recruiting coordination. This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes a practical, people-first approach to HR.
salary: $36 - $41 per hour

Responsibilities
Employee Experience & HR Operations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions and provide guidance on HR policies and programs
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records within the HRIS
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and compliant experience
- Support performance management cycles, including scheduling, documentation, and system updates
- Ensure timely and accurate HRIS setup and maintenance for employees and consultants
Benefits & Compensation Support
- Administer employee benefits, including new hire enrollments, open enrollment, and life event changes
- Partner with benefits vendors to resolve employee inquiries efficiently
- Assist with communicating benefits and total rewards programs in a clear, employee-friendly manner
- Support compensation-related processes such as promotions, merit increases, and bonus cycles
- Prepare reports and support data requests for HR leadership
Payroll & Compliance
- Support payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Audit timekeeping and payroll data to support wage and hour compliance
- Assist with reconciliations, audits, and ongoing compliance requirements
