Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Act as a key technical leader on high-stakes, cross-functional projects.
• Break down complicated problems into clear, actionable solutions.
• Ensure a deep understanding of system inter-dependencies and limitations.
• Demonstrate expertise in performance, scalability, enterprise system architecture, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor and assist in the career development of your peers, sharing advanced technical insights and advising managers in guiding their teams' growth.
• Influence multiple teams technically, enhancing their productivity and effectiveness through your extensive knowledge and experience.
• Balance technical expertise with sound business judgment to make discerning technology choices.

Basic Qualifications

• Over 10 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on technical experience in major areas such as large scale full stack development, complex distributed systems, or designing comprehensive global networks.

The base pay for this position ranges from $180,100/year in our lowest geographic market to $311,200/year in our highest geographic market, taking into account your skills, experience, and local market factors.
