As a Senior Building Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of building systems through a range of responsibilities, ensuring safety, comfort, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex maintenance, repair, and installation of various building systems including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Monitor building systems operations and performance, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Oversee and inspect outside contractors' work to maintain high service standards across all facilities.
• Implement energy management programs for efficient operations to minimize costs.
• Prepare estimates and manage inventory of supplies and tools necessary for maintenance tasks.
• Respond to emergency situations and address customer concerns with efficiency and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED with at least eight years of relevant experience in building systems.
• Universal CFC certification required; additional certifications in electrical or HVAC systems preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy loads (50 lbs or more), climbing ladders, and working in various environments.
