What success looks like

• Fine tune our shipping process and keep shipping errors and inventory discrepancies to near zero your work sets the gold standard
• Keep fulfillment on track even as volume doubles youll help shape and evolve our processes as we scale
• Spot workflow bottlenecks and suggest fixes. Your ideas will directly influence how we work.

We'll know it's working if

• You hit or exceed throughput targets week over week
• Inventory stays accurate with <1% variance
• You help reduce rework and missed shipments with your eye for detail
• Your teammates trust you to own your lane

What your day-to-day will look like

Youll spend most of your time hands-on: picking, packing, and prepping hardware to ship worldwide. But you wont just do tasks, you'll help us build better systems.

• Receive and inventory consumables with care and accuracy
• Pack up shipments that meet tight specs and even tighter timelines
• Keep our digital inventory systems clean and up-to-date
• Flag gaps, pitch improvements, and test new workflows with the team

Youll be part of a close-knit warehouse team, working alongside your teammates to get things out the door smarter, faster, better.

Why Meter?

Compensation

• The estimated hourly pay rate for this role is $22 - $25 an hour.
• Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Meter's equity plan.
