Compensation: $120-150K base + $30-100K performance incentives + Equity

The opportunity: Paving is a $150B+ industry still running on spreadsheets and whiteboards. We have the product. We have customers who love us. We need a strategic operator who can quarterback our most important growth initiatives-from building new revenue streams to optimizing our internal operations.
The role: Partner directly with leadership to identify, launch, and scale the strategic initiatives that will define OneCrew's next chapter.
