About the Role:

As the Dining Services Manager, you will oversee all dining venues within Vi, including our prestigious Care Center. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our staff provides a high-quality dining experience for our Residents and their guests. Ideal candidates will bring a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management within a high-end restaurant, club, hotel, or senior living facility. Knowledge of current service styles, techniques, budgeting, and reporting will be highly valuable in this role.

Qualifications:

Successful applicants must have:

• At least 5 years of management experience in quality Food & Beverage operations
• A high school diploma; a college degree in a related field (Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business) is preferred
• Ability to obtain Food Handlers certification and current CPR and First Aid certifications

Additional qualifications:

• Supervisory skills with a proven track record in hiring, training, and developing high-performing teams
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
• Excellent communication skills, financial acumen, and social skills suitable for formal dining operations

Compensation: The pay range for this position is USD $68,668.00 - USD $85,850.00 per year.
