POSITION SUMMARY

As a Spa Services Attendant, you will ensure our guests receive an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing guests with a warm welcome and general orientation to the spa facilities, including locker rooms and lounge areas.
• Offering amenities such as water, juice, and heated neck pillows to enhance guest comfort.
• Answering questions regarding spa services and property information.
• Escorting guests to and from treatment rooms.
• Regularly checking the computer for updates and scheduling changes.
• Maintaining a clean and inviting environment throughout the spa, including treatment rooms and lounge areas.
• Disposing of trash and dirty linens properly, securing supplies, and restocking towels and amenities as needed.
• Reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management while completing required safety training.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring professional appearance and demeanor at all times. You will work closely with other team members to anticipate and address guests' needs, genuinely appreciating their stay.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience required.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: None required.
