Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client service needs across assigned relationships
• Execute client requests with precision and timeliness
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives
• Guide associates and analysts on shared client accounts
• Support clients with estate, tax, and philanthropic planning
• Partner with investment teams on portfolio creation and cash deployment
• Maintain relationships with clients extended professional teams

Requirements

• Ideal Candidate Profile
• Bachelors degree with 68+ years in client-facing roles (family office, wealth management, or similar)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven leadership in high-growth environments
• Knowledge of estate and tax planning strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience with Schwab Advisor Center is a plus
