Overview: We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for the repair, installation, and maintenance of production and manufacturing equipment. This role involves inspecting equipment to ensure proper functioning and executing preventative maintenance according to manufacturer specifications. You will diagnose equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs or adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventative maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair all production equipment as required.
• Perform breakdown analysis to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to general housekeeping standards.
• Assist in upgrading production lines with new equipment and technology.
• Collaborate with outside contractors on designated production lines.
• Ensure efficient package changeovers on the production line.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety regulations, and audit standards.
• Work independently with limited supervision and effectively manage your work schedule and tasks.

This position may require working in environments with heat, noise, gas, and chemicals. Additionally, the role may involve frequent lifting, climbing, standing, walking, crouching, squatting, bending, and kneeling, along with possible weekend and holiday work.
