We are looking for a skilled Welder / Fabricator to join our team in producing critical components for solid oxide fuel cell power generators. The Role In this position, you will do more than just join metal. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of fabrication, from interpreting complex technical instructions to conducting final integrity testing. We value fabricators who have a "quality-first" mindset and the initiative to suggest better ways of building.

Responsibilities
- Precision Fabrication: Interpret complex Work Instructions to weld in multiple positions (horizontal, vertical, and overhead) using jigs and fixtures.
- Quality First: Take ownership of the full process-from counting and clamping parts to performing final leak testing on finished fuel cell components.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain equipment, manage shop consumables, and uphold strict 5S standards to keep our workflow lean and safe.
- Innovation: Don't just follow the plan-recommend improvements for hardware assembly and create custom fabrication fixtures to optimize our build process.
