Fish Window Cleaning is Hiring!

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as a Window Cleaning Estimator. Our team enjoys working in a friendly atmosphere with flexible hours. Typical Schedule: Mon-Fri: 8am - 5pm

Pay per hour: $18-30 per hour

Pay is a combination of base rate + commissions.

Job Responsibilities

Acquire new business through commercial street bidding and call-backs to key contacts made during direct sales.

Travel to locations including Fremont, Newark, Hayward, Union City, and Milpitas

Write up estimates by hand or through data entry in the Fish mobile app.

Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals to meet.

Good organizational skills and ability to follow-through on contacts made.

Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone.
