Position requires individual with strong knowledge of food and beverage inventory, weights, portions, stocking, rotation, food quality, grades and standards. The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for all warehouse products from receiving them, storing them, and returning them back to the vendor as needed. POSITION DUTIES:Account for all products and materials received at and issued from the warehouse. Receive and store all products according to handling procedures established by the Purchasing Manager. Properly rotate and monitor storage of all purchased products according to established handling procedures. Prepare daily and monthly inventories as requested by the Purchasing Manager, including walk-in refrigerators, F&B storage areas and equipment. Maintain cleanliness of walk-in refrigerators and storage areas according to established procedures. Safely operate all equipment used at the work location. Secure work area at end of shift when applicable.
