Establish full ownership and accountability for Refreshments operations (vending, micro-markets, and office coffee service) and the financial performance of multiple Market Centers, accounts, and routes. Model strong leadership behaviors and ensure high standards of safety, food safety, asset integrity, and service execution. Coach and mentor leaders and frontline teams by creating clarity around route execution, inventory discipline, asset accuracy, and service expectations, clearly defining both what must be achieved and how. Identify, develop, and retain top talent; recognize performance; and lead district and Market Center leadership meetings.
