Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our resident services team as a Resident Services Assistant. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include answering resident inquiries, addressing basic needs, monitoring community systems like emergency responses, and handling incoming calls.

Shift Details: This position is for the PM shift from 3 PM to 11:30 PM, Tuesday through Saturday.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required or must be willing to obtain them.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong oral communication skills with a clear speaking voice.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A calm demeanor under stress and sound judgment in emergency situations.
• A resident-focused and customer-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Pay Range: USD $22.30 - USD $25.73 per hour.
