Summary
Ballast Investments ("Ballast" or "The Company") is seeking an Administrator, Human Resources to support our rapidly growing team. Under the general supervision of the Manager, Human Resources, the Administrator, HR is responsible for executing all activities related to confidential administrative tasks across multiple departments throughout the company on behalf of the HR department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment, and has a proven track record of practicing the utmost discretion. You will be self-motivated, proactive, maintain a strong emphasis on organization and possess an unwavering attention to detail. This is a demanding role that requires someone with excellent judgment, self-discipline, great communication, and the ability to implement effective systems and processes.
