Director of Biostatistics - Biotechnology Company - Hybrid - Oncology

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the statistical design, planning, and analysis of studies utilizing, ensure studies meet scientific, clinical, and regulatory standards.
• Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing biostatistics team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and professional growth within a fast-paced biotech environment.
• Oversee the development of clinical evidence packages supporting peer-reviewed publications, regulatory submissions, and inclusion in clinical guidelines.
• Establish and enforce best practices for statistical programming, data validation, and analytical rigor to ensure consistency and compliance across projects.
• Define long-term biostatistics strategy, aligning departmental goals with corporate objectives in oncology diagnostics and precision medicine.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Statistics
• 11 years in clinical research or biostatistics
• 5 years in a leadership experience
• 3 years + Oncology experience
