Must-Have Skills:

• 4+ years of professional experience with full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience using ATS platforms (iCIMS or similar) and leveraging data to inform hiring decisions
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders to deliver hiring results

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, Communications, or a related field
• Experience recruiting for operations or customer service roles and supporting diversity-focused hiring initiatives
