Key Responsibilities:

1. Clean, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
2. Maintain cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping and mopping.
3. Empty kitchen trash receptacles and dispose of garbage properly.
4. Perform daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust systems.
5. Store all dishes and wares in designated areas.
6. Follow safe work practices in job performance.
7. Wash, sanitize all dishes, and clean the kitchen after close.
8. Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Regular and reliable attendance.
