Right At Home Alameda County Caregiver

Pay: $19-$22 per hour

Shifts: Hiring for shifts Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm | Part-Time

Location: Berkeley, Castro Valley, Oakland

Responsibilities of a caregiver/home health aide:

• Assist with ADL's such as bathing, toileting, and grooming
• Performing light housekeeping tasks
• Meal preparation
• Accompany clients on errands and medical appointments
• Provide dementia care
• Companionship and emotional support

Requirements of a caregiver/home health aide:

• Registered with the State of California as a Home Care Aide (HCA)
• 21 years of age or older
• Willing to travel to client's homes
• Reliable transportation, driver's license preferred
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to read, write, and speak English as needed for the job
• 1 year of caregiving experience
