Customer Service Associate Bowling & Events Attendant / Kitchen & Bartender

Requirements:

• Minimum age 18 with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Open availability, especially nights and weekends, is preferred.
• Staff that handle and serve alcohol must be at least 21 years old.

Positions:

• Bowling and Events Attendant
• Kitchen & Bartender

Essential Duties:

• Assist guests at counter and game/bowling floor.
• Conduct alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies.
• Conduct lost and found procedures in accordance with company policies.
• Seek constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.
• Comply with and maintain the confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma.
• Preferred: One to two years of experience in hospitality, restaurant, or retail environment.

Work Environment:

• Regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment with high levels of noise, dust, and activity.
• Noise level is usually loud.

Physical Demands:

• Required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have high mobility/flexibility in small spaces.
• Must stand and walk for extended periods without breaks during busy times.
• Must use hands/fingers to handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs with assistance is required.
