Entry Level Tech Sales - Global Technology Partner
Pareto is partnering with a leading independent technology partner, a London FTSE 250 company with over 20,000 employees worldwide . We are seeking ambitious college graduates for their highly regarded 18-month IT Sales Development Program .
The Opportunity
This program offers a structured pathway into IT sales, working for a company trusted by large corporate and public sector organizations, including some of the US's best-known businesses . Successful candidates will help clients manage their IT infrastructure and deliver digital transformation .
Program Details and Location
- Assessment: Begins March 2026 .
- Start Date: July 2026 .
- Training Phase: Candidates will be required to relocate to Atlanta, GA, for 12 months of intensive training . This phase covers the company portfolio, sales methodologies, and essential IT fundamentals .
- Permanent Location: Following the training, you will move to your permanent regional hub in San Francisco .
- Base Salary: Competitive salary of $70,000 .
- Year 1 OTE: Excellent OTE of $80,000 with all bonuses/commission included .
- Relocation: $5,000 to assist with the move to Atlanta, and an additional $5,000 for deployment to your regional hub .
- Career Growth: Fantastic training, scope for progression, and dedicated support from an experienced mentor and coach .
- Certification: Opportunity to obtain industry-recognized qualifications, including accreditations from Apple, Dell, and Cisco .
- Travel: You'll be attending the Sales Kick Off in Europe next January .
