The Associate Director, Business Insights & Analytics (BI&A) – Pipeline & Business Development will play a critical strategic role in shaping how the organization evaluates and advances early‑stage assets. This position is responsible for leading the design, execution, and management of market research and analytics initiatives that inform pipeline and business development decisions. The role integrates rigorous strategic analysis with actionable insights to guide priorities and support high‑impact decision‑making across the organization.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in primary and secondary research, with a strong ability to uncover meaningful insights about customers, competitors, and evolving market dynamics. This individual will be accountable for maximizing the value of insights to drive clarity, shape early asset strategy, and ultimately support improved patient outcomes. Success requires not only strategic leadership but also disciplined adherence to internal processes, governance standards, and operational excellence to ensure consistent, high‑quality execution.
This role reports to the Global Head of BI&A and will collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure insights are embedded into pipeline strategy and business development evaluations.
Role is hybrid - requires 2 days onsite in San Rafael, CA.
