BAS Controls Project Manager - San Francisco, CA

This is for a stable, reputable, and large Mechanical company that has a leading Building Automation division with multiple BAS product-lines. This branch operates in the Bay Area: San Jose to Napa and far east as Tracy.

POSITION

  • Project Manager – BAS Controls

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage project scope and milestones/objectives related to Building Automation projects.
  • Project size ranges from as large as $5 million and as small as $25,000 (*Project size management depends on the level of experience Project Manager).
  • Financial analysis/reviews and financial/billing forecasting
  • Visit to project sites as needed (about 50/50 field and work-from-home or office)
  • Interface with an Operations Manager, an Engineering Manager, Superintendents, Union Electrical Foreman, etc.
  • Manpower scheduling
  • Receive support from Project Engineering team.
  • Change order management
  • Report to VP of Operations (HVAC & Controls)
