About the Role
The Company is seeking three visionary and engaged volunteer members for its Board of Trustees. They should be prepared to commit 20-30 hours quarterly, including attending board meetings, participating in strategic initiatives, and engaging with the school community. Candidates for the Board of Trustees at the company should be prepared to uphold and advance the organization's mission, serve as philanthropic leaders, and engage meaningfully with families, donors, and external stakeholders. Essential qualifications include a minimum of 10 years' of nonprofit leadership or board experience, a personal capacity for a significant annual financial commitment, and a strategic, hands-on approach to execution.
