Tesla is seeking a Service Campaign Specialist to join the Service Campaigns & Compliance team focused primarily on North America Service Operations, but also supporting global processes and system improvement efforts.
In this role, you will work with key teams across Tesla to launch business-critical service campaigns and ensure our customers have the best ownership experience possible. The Service Campaign Specialist will coordinate several workflows to define, develop, and communicate the repair solution for Service teams.
This position requires a strong understanding of business processes and operations, as well as the willingness to adapt to and excel in a dynamic business environment. You should be a problem solver who can work with a large number of stakeholders to drive cross?functional teams to a common goal. The Service Campaign Specialist will need to be able to keep the "big picture" in mind while addressing the unique operational challenges we face.
Along with competitive pay, as a full?time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire:
$80,000 - $150,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits.
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job?related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
