Job Overview

Our programs are held at various elementary schools, Monday–Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This is a part‑time position where coaches typically teach one class per day (about one hour), with the possibility of an extra 30 minutes of pre‑care. These sessionsfocus on creating a fun and energetic environment for younger and beginner‑level children.

The pay ranges from $50–$65 per session, and all equipment is provided by us.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class size (8–16 students) and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2‑day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Equipment (provided by the company). (Coach should have reliable transportation)
• Take attendance, manage student sign‑ins, and interact with parents/school staff.
• Capture a few class photos for documentation.

Requirements

• Must be 19+ years old upon application.
• Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in‑person work.
• Experience in sports you are applying, coaching, or working with kids is preferred but not required.
• Enjoys working with children in a positive and active setting.
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work.
• Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload in our website and introduce your experience in sports.

Work Type: Part‑time (2–5 hours per week) Pay: $50–$65 per session

Programs are offered at multiple schools across the Bay Area. Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in‑person work.

We do have other Programs like Tennis, Soccer, PE, Pickleball, Volleyball, Basketball, Floor Hockey and Dance. You're welcome to apply to any of these as well.
