Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site maintenance staff in the diagnosis of problems and repairs related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and anything else that may come up
• Supervise and train maintenance and make-ready employees
• Review and oversee property appearance, curb appeal, work order completion, shop organization, inventory control, and make-ready management
• Ensure preventive maintenance is completed in a timely manner
• Review safety procedures to ensure that all employees are adhering to the process

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of residential property maintenance experience
• HVAC certification preferred
• Excellent mechanical, electrical, plumbing & HVAC
• Excellent leadership and communication
• Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new programs and processes
• Yardi experience preferred
• A valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and valid insurance required
• Must have general tools to perform all maintenance tasks
• On Call for all Emergencies
• Maintains courteous and professional demeanor with residents, prospective residents, coworkers, and vendors
