The Olympic Club, a premier athletic and country club in San Francisco, is seeking 2 candidates for the Serverposition at our Lakeside Clubhouse!

Local 2 Union position. Scheduling is based upon position seniority with shifts being assigned according to operational needs for lunch, dinner and banquet events. Reports to the Food and Beverage Operations Manager.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited to the Following:

• Set up and remove table settings and linen
• Provide beverage service
• Banquet room preparation, buffet set up and breakdown
• Maintain clean work area and other duties assigned as needed
• Dinner shifts require an emphasis on assisting waiters with the execution of fine dining service

Qualifications Required:

• Must have 2-3 years previous bussing experience in a busy fine dining restaurant, hotel, club, or similar outlet
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Flexible schedule
• Basic English communication skills required
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Work independently and have attention to detail
