Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, ensuring alignment with policies, procedures, and compliance with federal/state regulations.
• Lead teams in performing light and heavy housekeeping tasks, as well as laundry duties across various shifts.
• Conduct staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions while ensuring projects and programs are completed timely.
• Maintain accurate records regarding income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
• Actively communicate between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff to relay directives effectively.
• Ensure the safe use of cleaning solutions and protect health by adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and prompt task completion.
• Represent HCSG positively by interacting courteously with supervisors, co-workers, residents, and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision preferred.
• Possess a positive attitude and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable performing routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• Able to work around food and cleaning products.
• Must be proficient in following oral and written instructions.
• Residency within the service area is required.
