Job Title: Test Operator

Location: Fremont, CA

Shift: Day/Night

Pay Range: $21.50 - $23.50 (Night Shift) /hourly

Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp to Hire

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Following ESD policy during work time

• Understand test process, test flow & test cycle time by stage & model

• Following SOP, proceed test operation, Check-in Server/Rack, config to start test stage by stage and during the testing cycle, monitor the test progress

A. Test fail server

1. Based on the retest list provided by TE, retest once. Others

2. Check out the failed server, write the failure symptom & deliver it to debug station 3. Check-in, repair the finished server & restart the test from beginning

B. Test hang server (over the test cycle define in the test)

1. According to the test monitor, locate the test hang server

2. Check server test status

a. Hang-ups/Test_not_run - power cycle server continues test once. then report to Line Leader

b. Server test good, test monitor status not updated, report to Line Leader/TE

C. Check out the test passed Server/Rack, push it to the packaging area. D. Check in the new Server/Rack to empty the test slot/location timely.

• Issue report timely & follow up

-Single failure/issue, follow SOP & proceed test/retest operation

- Over three same failures/issues on the same rack, report to Line Leader/TE ASAP - Follow up with Line Leader/TE within 1 hour if no action were giving from them • Follow the 5S policy and organize the work area

• Maintain all servers in a good healthy test stage at all time

• Follow the supervisor's instructions related to the job.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Computer and electronics knowledge required.

• Good verbal and written English are preferred.

Education and Experience:

• High school or above

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Must be able to lift/push up to 50 pounds at times.

• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
