Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow sales
• Achieve all sales targets by growing business within defined account base
• Maintain active customer engagement through daily field visits to client sites to conductproduct demonstrations, seminars, training, business reviews and more
• Follow established CRM guidelines for Lead-Activity-Opportunity-Order process to drive effective pipeline management. Maintain integrity of pipeline over time but updating relevant information on an ongoing basis.
• Establish trusted advisor status by mastering product knowledge and applications and always providing the highest levels of customer suppor t
• Create cross-selling opportunities to support Mettler Toledo solutions across the value-chain
• Utilize relevant marketing materials and also develop customer-facing content including PowerPoint presentations, Excel data reports within corporate guidelines
• Complete required reports on a timely basis
What You Need to Succeed
• Bachelor's degree preferably in a life sciences discipline
• 2 or more years of customer-facing experience in the Life Science Research marketplace a plus
• Experience identifying new business opportunities and onboarding new customers in the Life Science Research marketplace
• Computer skills: CRM, Excel, Remote Meeting Tools, Email tools
