Role Overview

The Credit Deal Desk Manager is responsible for overseeing the day?to?day operations of the Correspondent Deal/Scenario Desk and Exceptions reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Review and respond to deal/scenario questions from Sellers
  • Review and decision exception requests
  • Collaborate with the operations management team to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiencies across departments
  • Other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Correspondent mortgage credit/underwriting
  • Experience with Non-Agency programs
  • Experience with Deal Desk, Scenario, and Exceptions required
  • Computer proficiency and MLM experience preferred
