True Food Kitchen Dishwasher Opportunity

Our dishwashers are essential to making that happen ensuring tableware, cookware, and the kitchen stay spotless and ready for service before, during, and after every shift. Dishwashers are truly the heart of the kitchen.

THE RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations

THE PERFECT PAIRING

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus (but not required)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Comfort standing for extended periods
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to cleanliness

We host open interviews Monday-Thursdays between 2pm-4:30pm. Please stop by the restaurant during that time. We do require a California Food Handler's Card and we do e-verify.
