Salesforce Solution Architect – Health Cloud

Location: San Mateo, CA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)

Duration: 6-Month Contract

Rate: Up to $110 an hour

Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect with strong Health Cloud experience to lead solution design across healthcare-focused Salesforce initiatives. This role requires a balance of strategic architecture, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on declarative configuration across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations supporting patient, provider, and care coordination workflows
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud for patient engagement and outreach
• Create and oversee complex Flows, declarative automation, and security models to support HIPAA-aligned processes
• Translate clinical, operational, and compliance requirements into Salesforce architecture and configuration
• Provide architectural guidance to developers and admins, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices
• Partner with business leaders, compliance teams, and IT stakeholders to align Salesforce solutions with organizational goals
• Define integration patterns connecting Salesforce with EHRs, data platforms, and external systems
• Own solution documentation, design standards, and architectural decision-making

Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including hands-on Health Cloud implementations
• Proven experience serving as a Salesforce Solution Architect on enterprise projects
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, automation, and integration strategies
• Experience leading delivery teams in Agile environments
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and data privacy considerations
• Salesforce Health Cloud, Consultant, or Architecture certifications preferred
