The Manager of Land Acquisition is a strategic leader responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring investment opportunities that align with the company's growth objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of real estate markets, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to lead a team in executing complex land deals. The Manager of Land Acquisition will work closely with senior management, legal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure all acquisitions meet the company's financial and strategic goals.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Urban Planning, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or a related field.

Compensation
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on skills, education, experience, and location is $110,000 - $153,000 annually for Hayward, CA and surrounding areas.
