They seek a senior associate or counsel-level attorney to support California land use and CEQA work.

What you'll handle

• Zoning, municipal code, planning/permitting, and entitlement strategy across California
• Land use due diligence and CEQA review support (with the option to lean into CEQA/land use litigation if that's in your wheelhouse)

Requirements

• 6+ years of California land use experience (firm and/or government)
