Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their nationally-recognized Real Estate Practice Group in Atlanta. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate transactions with a team known for its depth of experience, client-focused approach, and collaborative culture.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in Georgia, in good standing
• 4-5 years of substantive experience with real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects
• Expertise in real estate financing including debt or equity structuring required
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Elevated attention to detail, with proven ability to manage complex transactions from start to finish
• Confident in managing client relationships and providing strategic, business-oriented legal counsel
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects
• Provide legal guidance on real estate financing, including debt and equity structuring
• Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated real estate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents
• Conduct legal due diligence, including title and survey review, and manage closing processes
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand business goals and provide strategic, practical legal advice
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transactions
• Support partners and senior attorneys on complex real estate matters involving commercial and institutional clients

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $275,000 - $305,000, as determined by experience and market factors
