Labeling Team Member - 1st Shift

With the continual cycling and updates to our labels, you eagerly embrace the challenge of maintaining meticulous inventory records of our labels. Contributing to the success of the entire Flavor Factory, you collaborate with cross functional teams and are a specialist resource in the full life cycle of labels.

SUCCESS FACTORS (12-18 MONTHS):

• Inventory Accuracy Guru: Labels Labels Labels! Your organizational skills are key to ensuring efficient and accurate operations of Torani labels-and WMS technology is your (not so) secret weapon. You expertly orchestrate the handling and storage of incoming label inventory using WMS tools to track, verify, and document each step. From cycle counting to daily reconciliation and inventory adjustments, your precision and pride in execution shine through. Leveraging WMS systems ensures not only speed and accuracy but also creates real-time visibility and control over label inventory, empowering you to keep things running smoothly, every single day.
• Prioritized + Organized: Your ability to seamlessly prioritize inquiries and tasks coming at you from all directions-all while responding with impressive speed and accuracy, results in sustained flow. Your highly structured approach and meticulous attention to detail shine as you follow every quality-controlled process and guideline tied to Torani's Label Program. But it doesn't stop there: you're also thinking one step ahead, anticipating what's needed before it's even asked. You expertly balance physical stamina with mental focus when preparing inventory moves to align with production schedules helping to keep operations flowing with precision and consistency.
• Communication Connoisseur: With your effective communication skills, you are an essential collaborator within many teams at Torani. You offer support to our internal production team and provide updates to our Procurement team as they pertain to label receipts, inventory management and purchase orders for labels.

• HAVE FUN!

• At least 2 years' experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with data management systems, preferably Oracle
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Detail oriented and investigative mindset
• Able to work M-F, 3 am-11:30 am, with ability to work overtime as needed
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively throughout shift
• Able to stand and move continuously for up to 8 hours per shift. This includes frequent walking, bending, lifting, twisting, reaching, and other repetitive physical movements throughout the workday
