Custom Craftsman | 6:30am-5:00pm Monday-Thursday

Aventure Staffing is currently seeking reliable, hard-working individual to join their production team as a Custom Craftsman in Emmetsburg, IA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a team-oriented production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and mark materials to verify dimensions.
• Communicate any discrepancies and inconsistencies of material or work order to the General Manager or the Project Manager.
• Establish the specifications of materials to be constructed or repaired and plan methods and operations for shaping and assembling, based on blueprints and work order instructions.
• Identify and report any defective materials or questionable conditions to the General Manager.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly and safely
• Follow all prescribed safety regulations

• Ability to work both independently and with others
• Ability to communicate clearly with other employees
• Proficient use of both hand and power tools
• Mechanical ability for both large and small equipment

• $20/hr plus Depending on Experience
• Paid every Friday
