Employment Attorney (California)

National Defense Law Firm Remote Flexibility with offices throughout California.

Compensation: $130,000 $275,000 annually + bonus.

Hours: 1900.

Responsibilities:

• Handle California-based multi?plaintiff and wage?and?hour class action litigation.
• Lead single?plaintiff FEHA case work.
• Navigate complex employment disputes, wage & hour actions, and PAGA claims.
• Prepare and present cases, manage strategy, and achieve favorable resolutions.
• Collaborate with a national team under a veteran trial specialist.

Qualifications:

• California bar admission.
• Minimum 2 years of employment litigation experience; junior candidates from AM100 defense firms considered.
• Strong track record in multi?plaintiff and class action lawsuits.
• Self?motivated, can oversee cases with minimal supervision.
• Experience with PAGA claims and FEHA cases preferable.
