divh2Account Manager/h2pThe Account Manager will be responsible for managing sales and maintaining existing relationships with SBM customer or group of customers so that they will continue using SBM for business./ph2Responsibilities/h2olliOperate as the lead point of contact related to all matters specific to the accounts./liliBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting relationship between SBM and the client./liliSolve conflicts with clients./liliOversee customer account management and negotiate contracts to maximize profit./liliEstablish budgets with the client./liliIdentify new sales opportunities within existing accounts./liliGive sales presentations to high-level executives./liliForecast and track sales results and annual forecast./liliCommunicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external team members./liliMeet time deadlines according to customer needs and objectives./liliInterviews, hires, and trains employees./liliPlans, assigns, and directs work to employees./liliEnsures each team members work in conformance with SBM policies and procedures./liliProvides leadership/motivation and conveys the vision and values of SBM to the team members./liliConduct employee performance evaluation using key metrics./liliRewards and disciplines employees./liliAddresses complaints and resolving problems among employees./liliPerform other duties, as assigned/li/olh2Qualifications/h2ulliMinimum 5 years management experience in GMP required./liliThree plus years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, such as an A.A. Degree with 3+ years experience or a Bachelors degree (B.A. or B.S.); with a minimum one year related experience and/or training./liliAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations./liliAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals./liliAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public./liliTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software./liliBilingual in Spanish Preferred/li/ulpCompensation: $120,000 - $130,000 per year/ppSBM Management Services, LP and its affiliates are proud to be equal opportunity workplaces.
