We are seeking a motivated, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our growing customer base. You'll be the first line of communication, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience across email, chat, and social platformsall while maintaining the Optimize brand voice.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Respond to customer inquiries across email, live chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve issues related to orders, shipping, returns, and product questions with empathy and clarity
  • Monitor and track recurring issues to help identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, etc.) to escalate and resolve complex concerns
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across all interactions
  • Assist with managing customer reviews and feedback loops to ensure satisfaction and retention
